MY Bus administrative personnel are a team of highly trained and qualified transportation professionals who pride themselves in offering customer-friendly service. Prior to providing transportation services, each Team Member had years of experience working in corporate environments, so they know what services are required to maintain customer satisfaction. The MY Bus Team goes far beyond simply taking reservations and booking vehicles – we work with clients to orchestrate the logistics of a planned activity. Our Staff confirms reservations before the day of the transport and then takes every possible measure to ensure prompt and on time arrival of the equipment. After an event, our Team follows-up with the client as a means to obtain feedback on our achievement of customer satisfaction.
